Day 11 in Sydney, Australia

Today lunch: First Trial for YEH's Salad. Here are Tuna, banana, apple, cabbage with vinegar and pantalica cheese cream which is a place in Sicily, Italy. On the whole speaking, It's taste nice. There is a little deletion that cabbage is not fit in salad because it's too hard to be cut into shreds. "I only cooked ." said Tania.

Another problem is I cut too much cabbages. So I make it as vegetable ~~soap~~ soup(Thanks for correction from Jyuan). I should prepare some pepper, tomato, potato, Olivia oil and and carrot.

It's cooked from Jonas, a cool guy from Germany. I think it's really delicious with noodles or rice. At first time we have a little misunderstanding. But a quit 20 ages young guy who can make it and trip everywhere. I think it increase many points in German and staying in OZ.

Break-lunch, An other French guy (forgive me it's still hard to remember all guys name) cooked. With some milk (EU ppl like to cooked with milk very much. It's also cheap) , muesli and muscovado. Easy, Nutritional and good to eat.

I think I need to increase my cooking experience and English ability about reading and speaking. Even if thought. It will effect my daily life very much.

Day 10 in Sydney, Australia

Washing machine in the hostel is already broken so I need to find another washing shop cross the corner. The price: wash 4 AUD/pear, Dry 5 AUD/pear !? Maybe power fee is more expensive than water fee. It's a smart decision that I pick perspiration polos. Drying time only cost a hour nap.

The awful dumpling. Jp or Kr style. Pork fillings taste like shit!! 10 for 6 AUD.

I just take a nap on the rooftop field. It's really relax in the afternoon. Soft wind and genial sunshine. Oh~~ That's it!!

Day 9 in Sydney, Australia

There is amazing rich break-lunch sunny poached eggs with half cooked yolk, toast with strawberry jam and cheese jam, cheese cake, apple juice and the best Chinese tea - Tie Guan yin.

After food, I just read some local newspaper and seeking for job info.

There is a wonderful balcony in the roof top. I can enjoy the solarium. In the evening, there is a good music party place.

In OZ, there are not a developed newspaper. Taking 7 bundles of thick papers and cost 90 NTDs!!!!!
There is only 1/10 price for once and more rich content.

French style: Lemon liqueur mixed with Spirit....nice!

Korean Style: taste like SAKE with Ginseng. We can live over than 100 years!!

Friend from Taiwan, Don. His roommates expedition to TAS so he became one of my roommates.

Both the Korean boy(white T shirt) and the Sweden friend(orange one) are both leaved tomorrow morning. BPs are come and bye very easy. we cherish the present time and enjoy the happy time.

It's a Korean ceremony including pouring wine and cheers. It's same as Chinese tradition: you must get one drink. Thanks for the boy's entertain.(with hat). It's more easy to relax and chat in English with different countries friends after drink.

Pussy one. :D The best way to study another language is dirty language swapping. Part of my friend called Stephane who is from French. He told me one of his Taiwanese friend named "Baga". Then he shows her FB to me. I just laugh and tell him: it's means she is a little simple-minded and silly girl. Take humor to herself. :D

Cool roommates. Tania( It sounds like " hitting you") is help the cool golden sheep cutting his hair. I think he really get a nice Italian style look. GJ!!!

Day 8 Special for Hyde Museum, Sydney, Australia

There are photos from Hyde Park Barracks Museum. The ticket cost 10 AUDs. It was originally a prison for felons who had to stay over 7 years. Here are also introduce migration history about Australia. I think they just feel like BPs when they first time come to this ground.
