Day 172-193 in Parrilla & Border Town(Denis' sheep farm for HelpXexchange), SA, Australia

It's the first time I tried to use the Helpx.net organization for helper and food/accommodation exchange(wwoofing like).  There is a great experience between Julie & I. We join the experienced and cultural host family with Bronwin and Denis in their sheep farm for three weeks. There, I have to announced first, We are not  "FREE LOADER" or "FREE TRANSFER" or "Equivalent exchange" for this trip. There are always some Old fogy and Stupid young guys accusing each other. We've enjoyed the standard sheep farmer's life, trip experiences and different culture exchange, food exchange, farmer's sharp eye and full-up plan brain. It most mentioned! Can you image how 3,000 sheep and lamps are controlled by only 2 dogs and 1 farmer?

Julie, a friend(as your wish) from mountain club in SHU. She effected many different points about girls and also helped me to see some where I am still not enough. I underestimated ideological differences caused by  the age difference. Although Everything is going smoothly without any big problem but sometimes I still feel unhappy from several reasons. Especially after I gave the way to be a professional diving coach up. I'm becoming more and more oversensitive. After few days staying in Melbourne suburbs area for mind cleaning, I am very grateful to have this experience.

Denis, who is a standard farm in Australia. he always fulls of energy, smart, strong, planning, motivated, romantic, bold aesthetic, resolute, patient and punctual. He always finished his jobs on the time that no one catch it. Moving sheep, fixing cars, Taking care of  new born lamps babies, Finding new business, planning for sheep's food, arranging gardening and preparing firewood. Sometimes the time is 2 o'clock am! It's really hard believe that Denis is already over 60! He sometimes gave daily flower to Julie from the grass field. What a romantic heart and clear eye he has! His the most favorite tea is Twinings classics earl gray tea that Pink has also suggested to me. Now I have 100 pack with my trip time! haha. I can figure why Australia is strong from Denis's work attitude and life style. Everyone said that it's because of rich resource. I said not only resource but hard-working people. Denis is not a workaholic. He is also a gardener and person who savors his colorful life. He likes to travel around the world and make different culture friends. He also read a lot. He is always captured knowledge from books. He also like to have a cup of beer or red wine. He likes to taste different countries food. He can use the chopsticks as well as Chinese!
I Saw many farmer's wisdom from Denis. He always said
"Use your brain, not your muscle."
"Farmers like to recycle because you will never know when will you need it."
"Sheep will tell you where to stand next."
"Just do something you can do now. Never worried about something we cannot control."

Bronwin, a standard city girl married with a farmer. She can play piano as well and make a lot of cookies, cakes and dolls for sell. Her cuisine is a lot of different with Taiwanese way. She likes to use a lot of machine and tool to help to cook. Her sister and sister's husband  - June & Bill are also playing music. Bill can play trumpet in a band. He shows us his favorite players video and family photos when they traveled around SA and went through Denis's farm. Julie and I are also invited to their home for dinner. That's a really great experience for oz's city house view. There is a super great gum tree in the back of Bill's house. Bronwin's brother - Lin is also joined us. We have a great conversation and night. Bill took us to Windy Point for the night view in Adelaide when we were on the way home. It's my first great experience for Australia city night view.
