Day 11 in Sydney, Australia


 Today lunch: First Trial for YEH's Salad. Here are Tuna, banana, apple, cabbage with vinegar and pantalica cheese cream which is a place in Sicily, Italy. On the whole speaking, It's taste nice. There is a little deletion that cabbage is not fit in salad because it's too hard to be cut into shreds. "I only cooked ." said Tania.

Another problem is I cut too much cabbages. So I make it as vegetable soap soup(Thanks for correction from Jyuan). I should prepare some pepper, tomato, potato, Olivia oil and and carrot.


It's cooked from Jonas, a cool guy from Germany. I think it's really delicious with noodles or rice. At first time we have a little misunderstanding. But a quit 20 ages young guy who can make it and trip everywhere. I think it increase many points in German and staying in OZ.

Break-lunch, An other French guy (forgive me it's still hard to remember all guys name) cooked. With some milk (EU ppl like to cooked with milk very much. It's also cheap) , muesli and muscovado. Easy, Nutritional and good to eat.


I think I need to increase my cooking experience and English ability about reading and speaking. Even if  thought. It will effect my daily life very much.
